Outer Southern Youth Homelessness Service (OSYHS)

OSYHS aims to assist young people in their transition to independent living through support, information, advocacy and referral.  Young people aged between 15 and 25 years old who are homeless, transient or at risk of homelessness, can be referred to the Outer Southern Youth Homelessness Service. 

The service will work individually with each young person to identify barriers and develop goals to work towards obtaining and maintaining housing as they connect to their community.
